Unauthenticated code execution via oversized filename copy

Stack-based buffer overflow in Advantech R-SeeNet 2.4.17 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via HTTP POST requests. The out.php endpoint copies attacker-controlled filename and path elements into a fixed-length stack buffer without validating their length. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation runs code in the service account context.
