Unrestricted file upload in Eaton Foreseer EPMS 4.x through 7.5 allows local users to execute arbitrary code through its upload feature. The feature accepts attacker-chosen file types and makes uploaded content executable; Eaton has not disclosed the responsible code path. Exploitation requires low privileges, local access, and user interaction and can alter data or interrupt the Foreseer server.
