Open redirect via unvalidated OAuth callback URL

Open redirect in GitLab 10.0 through 15.7.7, 15.8.0 through 15.8.3, and 15.9.0 through 15.9.1 allows remote attackers to trigger arbitrary redirects. The OAuth authorization flow accepts an attacker-controlled redirect_uri, and its callback later issues a redirect to that external URI without enforcing an approved callback destination. No authentication is required, but user interaction is required; the trusted GitLab host can make a phishing destination appear legitimate.
