Host denial of service via unlocked rbtree updates

A race condition in Linux Dom0 3.13 through 5.18 on Arm allows guest OS users to interrupt the complete Xen host via PV-device I/O. Foreign-page mapping updates modify Dom0's rbtree without holding the related lock for the full operation, allowing parallel I/O to make the tree inconsistent. Only 32-bit and 64-bit Arm hosts with unprivileged guests using PV devices are affected; x86 hosts are unaffected, and the race can crash Dom0 or block further guest-memory mappings.
