Unauthenticated file disclosure via external XML entities

XXE in Broadcom Clarity PPM On Premise 15.8 and earlier and 15.9.0 allows remote attackers to read any system file. Its XML parser accepts attacker-controlled external entity declarations and resolves them against local file paths, but Broadcom has not identified the affected endpoint. No authentication or user interaction is required; disclosure is limited to files readable by the Clarity service account.
