Local administrator credential disclosure via readable installer log

Sensitive-data exposure in OpenVPN Access Server 2.10.0 through 2.10.3 allows local users to read a generated administrator password. During installation, the installer writes the randomly generated bootstrap administrator password to init.log but assigns permissions that make the file readable by every local account. Any local account able to access that log can recover the bootstrap credential and use it to attempt administrative access; the issue does not expose the password remotely by itself.
