Uninitialized variable use in Samsung Mobile Devices on Android 11 and 12 allows local users to read uninitialized ICCC TA memory. ICCC TA leaves a variable unset before using its value, causing memory content associated with that uninitialized state to be returned to the caller. Exploitation requires high local privileges and exposes residual memory content without reported modification or service interruption.
