IMSI disclosure via unanonymized EventType logs

Sensitive information exposure in SecTelephonyProvider in Samsung Mobile Devices Q(10), R(11), S(12) lets local users obtain IMSI via logs. EventType records IMSI in device logs without the anonymization later added by Samsung, exposing the identifier to processes or users granted log-access permission. The attacker needs local log access; the documented impact is disclosure of IMSI only, without integrity or availability effects.
