HTTPS data exposure via disabled certificate validation

Improper certificate validation in Apache Pulsar Broker and Proxy allows man-in-the-middle attackers to read internal HTTPS data. Brokers and proxies create an internal Pulsar Admin Client that accepts peer TLS certificates without verification even when tlsAllowInsecureConnection is disabled. Exploitation requires control of a machine on the traffic path and active manipulation; affected releases can expose authentication, configuration, and other client data.
