Remote code execution in Microsoft Azure Site Recovery before 9.49 allows remote authenticated users to execute code on ASR appliances. Microsoft has not published the code-level flaw or the operation that mishandles attacker-controlled input. Exploitation requires administrative credentials for an ASR-protected VM and affects replication capabilities, not protected workloads or other tenants.
