Remote code execution in Microsoft Azure Site Recovery before 9.49 allows remote authenticated users to execute code on ASR appliances. Microsoft has not published the flawed request, interface, or code path that processes attacker-controlled input. Exploitation requires administrative credentials for an ASR-protected VM and affects replication capabilities rather than customer workloads.
