Plaintext disclosure via NULL cipher substitution

Information disclosure in OpenSSL 3.0.0 through 3.0.5 allows attackers to read plaintext emitted as ciphertext during custom encryption. EVP initialization incorrectly fetches a provider cipher instead of using a legacy custom cipher, causing NID_undef to match the NULL cipher. Exposure requires an application to create that custom cipher, pass it to an affected initialization call, and load a provider offering NULL; SSL/TLS-only applications are unaffected.
