Primary email disclosure via group member webhooks

Information disclosure in affected GitLab EE releases allows remote authenticated users to obtain primary email addresses through group webhooks. Group member event webhook generation includes an added or removed user's primary hidden email address in the request sent to the configured URL. Authenticated access and a configured Premium-tier group webhook are required; affected versions are 13.7 before 15.2.5, 15.3 before 15.3.4, and 15.4 before 15.4.1.
