Stored XSS in Contact Bank 3.0.30 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through crafted form settings. The plugin stores the form Description without sanitizing or escaping it, then renders the value in Manage Forms and embedded forms. Administrator access is required, and a viewer must open the affected dashboard or a page containing a form with at least one field.
