Application crash via unchecked stream allocation failure

NULL pointer dereference in FFmpeg allows remote attackers to crash an application by supplying a crafted NUT media file. decode_main_header() in libavformat/nutdec.c uses avformat_new_stream() without checking whether stream allocation failed before later code dereferences the missing stream. The target application must parse the file with the NUT demuxer; the documented consequence is a process crash without data disclosure or modification.
