XML external entity injection in Trellix IPS Manager before 10.1 M10 allows remote authenticated users to submit crafted XML for import. The administrator-interface configuration importer parses a saved XML file without restricting external entity references. Administrator privileges and an import action are required; Trellix has not published which local files, network resources, or downstream systems can be reached.
