Service interruption via undersized secure FTMR frame

Buffer over-read in Qualcomm Snapdragon WLAN firmware allows remote attackers to interrupt service with a malformed secure FTMR frame. The firmware parses frames shorter than 39 bytes without first validating the minimum length, causing a read beyond the supplied frame buffer. Network reachability to the WLAN interface is sufficient; no authentication or user interaction is required, and the reported effect is transient denial of service.
