Kernel DoS via malformed Gunyah messages

Uncontrolled resource consumption in the Snapdragon Linux kernel allows local users to cause a transient service interruption. The Gunyah Resource Manager message queue accepts malformed messages that drive kernel resource consumption without an enforced bound. Low-privileged local access is required, and the documented consequence is limited to temporary loss of availability.
