Local privilege escalation via private-directory rename race

Race condition in snap-confine in Canonical snapd before 2.61.1 allows local users to escalate privileges via private /tmp setup. must_mkdir_and_open_with_perms validates an opened directory but later renames its pathname and retries creation, allowing concurrent invocations to replace the scratch directory. Local low-privileged access is required; full root code execution was demonstrated by chaining two multipathd flaws to bypass AppArmor.
