TOCTOU race in Qualcomm Snapdragon modem firmware allows remote attackers to interrupt cellular service via an RRC Reconfiguration message. Qualcomm identifies a time-of-check/time-of-use race in the modem's RRC Reconfiguration processing but does not disclose the checked resource. No privileges or user interaction are required, and successful triggering causes a transient modem denial of service without reported data exposure or modification.
