Account compromise via all-space password acceptance

Weak password enforcement in IKUS Software Rdiffweb before 2.4.9 allows remote authenticated users to set all-space passwords. The set_password path rejects only empty input and applies an impossible chained length comparison, then hashes the value without measuring its strength. An existing account and access to its password-change flow are required; the resulting weak credential lowers resistance to account compromise.
