Reachable assertion in Qualcomm Snapdragon modem firmware allows remote attackers to interrupt service through crafted handover traffic. The modem repeatedly processes an invalid message container during an NR-to-LTE handover and reaches an assertion. Exploitation requires network delivery of the malformed container multiple times, and the documented consequence is a transient service interruption.
