Memory corruption via WLAN use-after-free
Published Mar 7, 2023 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Use-after-free memory corruption in Qualcomm Snapdragon WLAN firmware allows local administrators to read, alter, or crash device software. The WLAN implementation accesses an object after its memory has been freed; Qualcomm has not published the object, function, or triggering operation. Exploitation requires local high privileges and can compromise data confidentiality and integrity or interrupt service.
