Service interruption via MIB and SIB assertion

Reachable assertion in Qualcomm Snapdragon modem firmware allows remote attackers to interrupt service during MIB reception and SIB timeout. The modem processes network-supplied system information through the MIB and SIB path and reaches an assertion when reception coincides with the timeout. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the documented consequence is a transient modem interruption rather than data access or code execution.
