Local memory disclosure via display buffer over-read

Buffer over-read in Qualcomm Snapdragon automotive multimedia allows local users to disclose memory through the display component. Qualcomm identifies the Display technology area but does not identify the function or input whose length permits a read beyond its buffer. High local privileges are required; the read exposes memory and can also interrupt availability, with no integrity impact.
