Credential disclosure via empty session token comparison

Authorization bypass in Powertek PDU firmware before 3.30.30 allows remote attackers to read stored administrator credentials. The checkUserLevel() function in /usr/lib/libweb.so accepts an empty tmpToken because it compares the cookie against vacant entries in the active-session table. Network access to the PDU's HTTP interface is sufficient to retrieve the cleartext sys.su.name and sys.passwd values without an active session.
