Sandbox escape via dangling import host pointer

Use after free in Google Chrome's Import component before 106.0.5249.62 allows remote attackers to escape the sandbox via crafted HTML. During WebUI teardown, ImportDataHandler::OnJavascriptDisallowed detached the observer but retained importer_host_, which became dangling when the host later deleted itself. Exploitation requires a compromised WebUI process and user interaction with the crafted page; the bounded consequence is escape from that process's sandbox.
