Application crash via double-free in dwg_read_file

Double free in GNU LibreDWG 0.12.4.4608 allows local users to crash an application by opening a crafted DWG file. In dwg_read_file in src/dwg.c, the error path releases a buffer allocated by dat_read_file a second time while parsing malformed input. The observed abort requires an application to process the supplied file, and the public evidence demonstrates a crash rather than code execution.
