Application crash via unchecked section-table indexing

Heap buffer overflow in GNU LibreDWG 0.12.4.4608 allows context-dependent attackers to crash applications via a crafted DWG file. decode_preR13_section_hdr indexes dwg->header.section without confirming that the allocated section table contains the requested element, then writes section metadata beyond the heap allocation. Processing the supplied pre-R13 DWG proof of concept under AddressSanitizer triggers an out-of-bounds four-byte write and aborts the process; no code execution is demonstrated.
