Application crash via freed handle-reference dereference

Heap use-after-free in dwg_add_handleref in GNU LibreDWG 0.12.4.4608 allows attackers to crash applications via a crafted DWG file. During pre-R13 decoding, decode_preR13_header_variables frees a handle reference that dwg_add_handleref later dereferences while adding a block header. User interaction is required to supply the file; the demonstrated result is an AddressSanitizer abort, not proven code execution.
