Crash via one-byte CRC buffer over-read

Heap buffer over-read in GNU LibreDWG 0.12.4.4608 allows local users to crash dwg2dxf by opening a crafted pre-R13 DWG file. The bit_calc_CRC loop reads one byte beyond the heap buffer allocated for the input while decode_preR13 calculates its CRC. Triggering requires dwg2dxf to process the crafted file; the upstream project labels the report invalid and not reproducible in the latest release.
