Process crash via malformed pre-R13 DWG entity data

Reachable assertion in GNU LibreDWG 0.12.4.4608 allows attackers to crash dwg2dxf by supplying a crafted pre-R13 DWG file. decode_preR13_entities reaches the !dat->bit assertion while decoding malformed pre-R13 entity data, causing the process to abort. Processing an attacker-supplied file is required, and the demonstrated consequence is a dwg2dxf process crash rather than data disclosure or modification.
