CVE-2022-32974Network attack vector

Authenticated host-file disclosure via crafted audits

Published Jun 21, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024

Information disclosure in Tenable Nessus 10.1.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read scanner-host files via custom audits. The audit function accepts a crafted compliance audit that requests local files without valid SSH credentials and returns their contents from the scanner host.
