Unauthenticated reboot via credential-free KVM port

Denial of service in Realtek RTL8111FP-CG firmware 5.0.23 and earlier allows remote attackers on an adjacent network to reboot the system. When KVM is enabled, TCP port 5900 accepts a connection without valid credentials and reboots the DASH system to a black screen. The target remains unusable until power is disconnected and restored; no authenticated session or user action is required.
