Service interruption via unbounded user-root input

Resource exhaustion in Rdiffweb before 2.4.8 allows remote attackers to interrupt the service through an oversized user-root value. The UserForm user_root field accepts arbitrarily long strings without a length validator, allowing excessive resource consumption. No authentication or user interaction is required, and no data access or modification impact is reported.
