Audio capture via insufficient entitlement enforcement

Improper access control in Apple Core Bluetooth allows local users to record audio through connected AirPods on iOS before 16.1 or iPadOS before 16. Core Bluetooth fails to require the correct audio-recording entitlement when an app uses paired AirPods as the input source. Execution of the app and a connected pair of AirPods are required, and the disclosed consequence is unauthorized audio capture.
