Authenticated private-network access via node proxy validation bypass

SSRF in Kubernetes kube-apiserver 1.25.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to access private control-plane endpoints via node proxying. The node registry ResourceLocation function returned the default kubelet transport before calling IsProxyableHostname, skipping rejection of localhost or link-local Node addresses. Exploitation requires permission to modify Node objects and use nodes/proxy, and exposed endpoints depend on network layout and egress-selector configuration.
