Kernel code execution via unchecked IOSurface zeroing

Memory corruption in AppleAVD in Apple iOS before 16 and watchOS before 9 allows local users to execute code with kernel privileges. AppleAVDUserClient::decodeFrameFig calculates a pointer into a decoder IOSurface input buffer and calls bzero without ensuring the user-controlled allocation is large enough. Execution of a malicious local app is required; an out-of-bounds zeroing operation permits arbitrary kernel-code execution on the device.
