Privacy preference bypass via incorrect ATS state management

Improper access control in ATS in Apple macOS allows local users to bypass Privacy preferences through a malicious app. The ATS state-management logic maintains an incorrect privacy-authorization state, but Apple has not disclosed the affected function or transition. Local code execution is required, and the disclosed consequence is limited to bypassing privacy controls; no network path or broader privilege gain is reported.
