Page manipulation via branch-tag name confusion

Branch/tag confusion in GitLab before 15.2.5, 15.3 before 15.3.4, and 15.4 before 15.4.1 lets remote authenticated users alter pages. A same-named tag is resolved where page logic expects the default branch, substituting tag-associated content for expected branch content. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and user interaction; the reported effect is limited to page-content integrity.
