BMC credential disclosure via world-readable configuration

Information disclosure in fwupd before 1.8.5 allows local users to read an auto-generated BMC OPERATOR password from redfish.conf. fu_plugin_set_secure_config_value first sets mode 0660, but g_key_file_save_to_file replaces the file through GLib with mode 0666, typically producing a world-readable file. Exposure occurs when the Redfish plugin creates a BMC OPERATOR account and persists its generated credential, giving any local account the working BMC password.
