CVE-2022-32867

Physical diagnostic-log disclosure via inadequate data protection

Published Nov 1, 2022 · Updated May 6, 2025

Information disclosure in Crash Reporter in Apple macOS before 13 allows physically proximate attackers to read past iOS diagnostic logs. Apple states only that Crash Reporter applied inadequate data protection to diagnostic logs and has not disclosed the specific storage or access-control operation.
