Job-log concealment via unbounded section timestamp

Improper exception handling in GitLab CE/EE before 15.2.5, 15.3 through 15.3.3, and 15.4.0 allows remote authenticated users to block job-log access. GitLab::Ci::Ansi2json::Line passes an attacker-controlled custom-section timestamp to ActiveSupport::Duration.build without an upper bound, and the resulting exception makes trace.json return HTTP 500. Developer-role access to edit .gitlab-ci.yml, or control of output from a compromised build dependency, is required; the consequence is loss of access to the affected job trace.
