Out-of-bounds write in ICU in Apple macOS, tvOS, and watchOS allows remote attackers to execute code via malicious web content. ICU writes beyond an allocated buffer while processing attacker-controlled web content because the affected path does not enforce correct bounds. A user must cause a vulnerable device to process the content; successful exploitation executes code in the affected process.
