Account takeover via unthrottled password-change attempts

Missing attempt throttling in Rdiffweb before 2.5.0a4 allows remote authenticated users to brute-force a current password. The password-change handler in UserProfileForm repeatedly validates attacker-supplied current-password values without tracking failures or ending the session. Any signed-in user can make unlimited guesses against that account until the password is recovered, enabling persistent account takeover.
