Service interruption via unbounded email fields

Improper input-length validation in Rdiffweb before 2.4.8 allows remote attackers to interrupt service with an oversized email value. The user-profile and user-administration forms accept arbitrarily long email strings because their WTForms validators enforce no maximum length. An unauthenticated signup can persist a million-character email, after which account actions can overload the server and interrupt availability.
