Repository settings modification via state-changing GET requests

Cross-site request forgery in Rdiffweb before 2.4.6 allows remote attackers to change repository settings through a crafted URL. The SettingsPage.default handler accepts keepdays, new_encoding, and maxage parameters on GET requests and immediately writes them to the selected repository. Exploitation requires an authenticated victim to follow the attacker-supplied URL; the resulting request can alter retention, encoding, or maximum-age settings with the victim's permissions.
