Local privilege escalation via writable service path

Improper access control in Measuresoft ScadaPro Server 6.7 allows local users to execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privileges. The ORCHESTRATOR service grants limited local users permission to change its binary path, causing the service to launch attacker-chosen commands as SYSTEM. Exploitation requires prior low-privileged code execution on the Windows host and grants full control in the service's SYSTEM context.
