Local privilege escalation via ISP race condition

Out-of-bounds write in MediaTek MT6895 and MT6983 ISP on Android 12.0 allows local users to escalate privileges through a race condition. The ISP component fails to synchronize concurrent memory access, so a race causes a write beyond the intended memory boundary. Exploitation is local, requires System execution privileges and no user interaction, and elevates the executing code's privileges.
