Code execution via unchecked PICT buffer copy

Out-of-bounds write in Accusoft ImageGear 20.0 allows attackers to corrupt memory by submitting a malformed PICT v2 extended file. During DirectBitsRect or PackBitsRect processing, pctwread_14841 derives a one-byte destination buffer from a zero image height, then copies a file-controlled length without enforcing the buffer's minimum size. Processing the crafted file is the required gate; the resulting heap writes corrupt the integrating host process, and Talos reports code execution as an outcome.
